Coolicious fruit smoothie is a blend of raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant and redcurrant purées which we have called Very Berry. Consumer research has shown this to be the most popular blend of fruits and is preferred over blends containing banana.

It can be served through a thick shake, granita or frozen cocktail machine to produce a frozen drink of smooth ice crystals of real fruit.  It can also be served through a soft serve machine as a sorbet.
