Terms and Conditions – Playful Piping Challenge – Enter to win a free downloadable NAPA Activity Pack
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:
1. Entry is open to bona fide care settings and activity coordinators resident in the UK aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and each of their group companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Internet access and a valid email address required.
3. Care Homes may provide only 1 entry to the competition. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
4. Entrants must get permission from their employer before entering. The Promoter reserves the right to verify this with the employer and disqualify the claim if permission is not granted.
Promotional Period:
5. Entries can be made from 9.00am 6th April 2020 to midnight on 20th April 2020.
Prizes
6. A total of 25 free and electronically downloadable NAPA Activity Packs available. Only 1 pack permitted per Care Home. Winners will be picked in the chronological order that they enter, up to a total of 25 entrants.
Entry Requirements:
7. To be in with a chance to win, entrants must send an image of their piping creation and a pack of Millac Gold Double as an email attachment to millacgoldpiping@lakeland.ie. Emails must be sent from a verified business email address. The first 25 entrants will receive a free downloadable NAPA activity pack to the email address that they entered from within 14 days of the end date of the Promotion.
General:
8. There is no alternative to the stated NAPA Activity Pack.
9. The NAPA Activity Pack is non-transferable.
10. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the Promotion or to modify these rules at any time, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
11. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.
13. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating and entering in the promotion.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations although the Promoter shall try to minimise the effect of such failures.
15. By submitting an entry into this Promotion, entrants agree that any personal data provided in their entry and / or in any correspondence with the Promoter and / or NAPA in connection with this Promotion, will be held and used by the Promoter and / or NAPA in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy. The Promoter will process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy and Cookie Policy available here. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter and / or NAPA and use of their personal data by the Promoter and / or NAPA for the purpose set out in these Terms and in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.
