Creamy Fisherman's Pie with Crunchy Mustard Mash
		Serves: 10
Ingredients
- 300ml Millac Gold
 - 50g Lakeland Dairies Butter
 - 200g diced salmon
 - 200g diced smoked haddock
 - 200g diced cod
 - 80g mussels
 - 100g prawns
 - 200g diced onion
 - 200g garden peas
 - 150g sliced leeks
 - 20g chopped flat leaf parsley
 - 2kg mashed potato
 - 100g breadcrumbs
 - 15g chopped chives
 - 20g English mustard powder
 - sea salt & milled pepper
 
Method
Sauté the onions in a thick bottomed pan using the Lakeland Dairies Butter.
Add all the fish and seafood. Cover with a lid and steam for 2 minutes.
Pour in the Millac Gold and add the leeks and peas. Simmer for a further 2 minutes.
Correct the seasoning and fold in the parsley. Place into a serving dish.
Fold the mustard powder into the breadcrumbs and add to the mashed potato. Stir the chives into the mustard
	mash.
Place the crunchy mustard mash in a piping bag and pipe over the fish.
Grill until golden brown.
